Evaluation Limits Explained
What counts as an evaluation?
Each time your application calls the OpenFeature SDK to evaluate a flag, that’s one evaluation. Evaluations are counted per calendar month.
What happens if I exceed the limit?
We notify you as you approach your limit. If you exceed it, evaluations continue to work. We don’t break your production traffic. You’ll need to upgrade before the next billing cycle.

Can I downgrade?
Yes, anytime. When you downgrade:
- Excess flags become read-only (if over new limit)
- All data is retained
- Can upgrade again anytime
What happens to my data if I cancel?
- All data remains accessible on the Free plan
- No data is deleted unless you request it
- Can reactivate subscription anytime
Do you offer discounts?

Is there a free trial for Pro?
We don’t offer time-limited trials, but the Free plan lets you test all core features (flags, bandits, OpenFeature integration). Upgrade when you need more capacity.
